Some letterpressed Wisconsin pride
Letterpress requires some muscles sometimes
Day 3 of this 4-day weekend is off to a good start
Who knew it was beach towel season already? Here’s one that I’m so excited about that has my pattern on it! Now I just have to wait another 6 months to use it. Buy it here.
Smile Big, y’all.
Unexpected typography inspiration at the Harley Davidson museum today! That and free food make an excellent work Christmas party! Ps: don’t you LOVE sidecars?! (Motorcycle sidecars and beverage sidecars… All the sidecars.)
I’ll add this one too…. there are many more online at Kohls - go buy them all! I’m pretty proud of these :)
Sonoma picture frames at Kohl’s are online! The typography is printed on the glass - I did the type (many are hand-lettered). YAY!
Blue Mosque in Istanbul - I miss being in front of this amazing place.
Chao Phraya river in Bangkok - a crazy criss-crossing of long tail boats.
Pat (the bf, now fiancé) and I came back from our Southeast Asian excursion a week or so ago. We’re engaged, y’all!! Our first leg was in Bangkok, and that’s where he proposed.
This one was taken on a tuk tuk on the way to Khao San Road (if you want a one stop shop for noodle soup, buckets of beer, and $7 one hour Thai massages, this is the place to go.)
I had the AMAZING opportunity to be interviewed by the Milwaukee area NPR station, WUWM, on the program called ‘Lake Effect’ about my NPR t-shirt design. It was pretty nerve-racking because I had never done a taped interview before, but THANK GOD for those editors is all I can say. ha! And thanks to Mitch Teich for being a great host!
