Pat (the bf, now fiancé) and I came back from our Southeast Asian excursion a week or so ago. We’re engaged, y’all!! Our first leg was in Bangkok, and that’s where he proposed.
This one was taken on a tuk tuk on the way to Khao San Road (if you want a one stop shop for noodle soup, buckets of beer, and $7 one hour Thai massages, this is the place to go.)
I had the AMAZING opportunity to be interviewed by the Milwaukee area NPR station, WUWM, on the program called ‘Lake Effect’ about my NPR t-shirt design. It was pretty nerve-racking because I had never done a taped interview before, but THANK GOD for those editors is all I can say. ha! And thanks to Mitch Teich for being a great host!

I forgot to mention that, ahem, …. I won Threadless’ NPR Design Competition!! And I’m super excited about it! Have I mentioned that I’m really excited. Because I am. A lot. I hear it should be announced on the site mid-October-ish.
